Columbus Blue Jackets(4-1-0) vs Winnipeg Jets (3-2-0)

Two teams with an offense that can bury the puck at will face off tonight in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Jets came off to a slow start but have found resurgence with Connor Hellebuyck taking over the crease and the offense figuring out ways to score. Mathieu Perreault was just placed on IR and the Jets have recalled Kyle Connor from the minors. The Blue Jackets have been rolling holding a 4-1 record entering tonight. The Jackets depth is key for them as they can wear down a team using all four lines that can produce. This will be a tight game but the home team will take this. Jets 4-3  

Arizona Coyotes(0-4-1) vs Dallas Stars(2-3-0)

The Coyotes go to Dallas for a battle against a Stars team who have found their new netminder in Ben Bishop and has a first line that ranks among the top in the league. The Coyotes are winless entering tonight and playing against a talented Stars team, they won’t find a win here. Stars 4-2

Carolina Hurricanes(1-1-1) vs Edmonton Oilers(1-3-0)

The Hurricanes travel to Alberta to face McDavid and his underperforming Oilers. It is only four games into the season, no one is panicking yet. The Oilers are 1-3 entering tonight itching to get back in the win column. The Hurricanes will be a tough matchup with their solid and young D-core shutting down top guys across the league. This will be a close one in Edmonton. Oilers 3-2.

Buffalo Sabres(1-4-1) vs Vegas Golden Knights(4-1-0)

The Buffalo Sabres have been a mess the first handful of games this season. Jack Eichel came out to the media and stated that he is tired of losing, and the lines have been switched up a couple of times. The Sabres have a very tough task as they enter a new atmosphere in Vegas as the Golden Knights look to take the league by storm by adding more wins to their resume. The Golden Knights only loss was against another surprisingly hot team, the Red Wings. The Knights have a great home ice advantage in Vegas and the players feed off the energy of the building. Golden Knights 4-2

Montreal Canadiens(1-3-1) vs San Jose Sharks(1-3-0)

The Canadiens travel all the way to California to face the San Jose Sharks. Both teams have not looked great their first couple games of the season and both are looking to rejuvenate their squads. The shark tank is a great home-ice advantage and the Canadiens will not be able to handle it. The Canadiens do indeed have Carey Price, but mixups with their lines up front and coaching issues keep the Canadiens from finding success. Sharks 3-1
