NHL All-Star Game

NHL All-Star Rosters; Plus Biggest All-Star SNUBS

Atlantic Divison All-Star Roster

Gosh, well might as well have the whole Lightning roster represent the Atlantic. Eichel, Matthews will be a fun duo to watch that is they stick together. Green was a bit of a surprise, but really who else comes out of this division representing the defense. Could make an argument for Charlie McAvoy, Torey Krug, Jeff Gardiner, Morgan Reilly, but someone needs to represent the Red-Wings here.

Metropolitan Divison All-Star Roster

The most competitive division in hockey, and probably the best All-Star here, Ovechkin, Crosby, wow. Tavares, Bailey continue their tear, then speed and skill of Hall and Giroux make it tough for opposing teams. God knows why Kris Letang is on this roster, he has a mediocre season at best and John Carlson 1000 percent deserves this spot over Letang at some point the league needs to come and do something.

Central Division All-Star Roster

Vert skilled team, so happy for McKinnon and Wheeler. Odd to see Eric Staal in here but, who else represents the Wild, Schenn getting elected to his first All-Star game and making it over linemate/teammate Vladimir Tarasenko a lot of people think that was a snub, but Schenn deserves like the guy enjoy it, people.

Pacific Divison All-Star Roster

Vegas having two players represent them is amazing, Boeser, McDavid pair together, please. I think a lot of right calls were made on this team, really hard to say where they messed up or snubbed someone but overall I think this team is extremely skilled but won’t rank up against the other All-Star teams.

Biggest All-Star Snubs…

Phil Kessel-Jonathan Marchessault-John Carlson

Top three easy right off the bat. Phil Kessel, Jonathan Marchessault, John Carlson. Carlson is averaging 25 plus minutes a game and ranked top five in points and assists among defenseman. Kessel is ranked 11th in points with 47, leads the Penguins in points and is easily worthy of All-Star award, but I don’t think he cares as he’ll have six days off now and we know how much Kessel enjoys his time off. Marchessault leads Vegas in points, up there in the league in goals, and has excelled immensely in Vegas and has shown his worth in the league I think. Maybe, take out Neal or Rakell, would have been nice to give this guy what he deserves.
