Starting off with adds of the week for this upcoming week, and a heavy bye week with teams like Cleveland, Miami, New England, San Francisco, Jets and Bills. Therefore you need someone to replace Tom Brady, Nick Chubb, Duke Johnson Jr, Julie Edelman, Baker Mayfield, Matt Brieda, Kenyan Drake, LeSean McCoy and many others.
Top QB adds of the week;
Ryan Fitzpatrick: Fitzpatrick plays the Giants this week and in an offense that is among the best in the league going against the Giants and that defense. Fitzpatrick is for sure a solid option this week. He is projected around 19 points, coming off a week where he went 29/41 for 496 yards and 2 interceptions vs Washington in which Tampa lost 16-3, even with the Bucs scoring 3 points Fitzpatrick managed to produce 16 points.
Marcus Mariota: Coming off the Titans win of the year, beating New England big time they now head to Indianapolis for a battle of 2nd place in the AFC South. Mariota managed to 22.32 points vs New England going for 16 completions 228 yards and 2 touchdowns. Mariota is projected around 19 points and is available in nearly 70% of leagues.
Top Running backs adds of the week;
Ito Smith or Jalen Richard: These two were on my list last week and I would say go after them again if you need a start that badly. Smith had 6.6 points going for 4 attempts and 11 rushing yards, he was not utilized as much this week. Richard despite a Oakland struggling offense managed 10.6 points. Smith plays the Cowboys this week and Richard plays the Cardinals. Richard over Smith if anything.
Derrick Henry: This is Henry’s third week in a row with a rushing touchdown. He seems to be the goal line guy in Tennessee as he rushed for two touchdowns last week and both came within 10 yards of the goal line. Henry managed 11 carries for 58 yards, this is third week where he has put 9+ points.
Rashaad Penny or Mike Davis: Both Seattle’s running backs had a great day. They shared the ball a little bit but both had valuable fantasy weeks. Davis managed 16 points, 11 carries for 58 yards and Penny managed 12 carries 108 yards and 1 rushing touchdown. With Seattle playing Green Bay this week it will be a great test for Seattle and Green Bay in which is shaping to be a high scoring game.
Top Wide Receivers adds of the week;
Austin Miller: Miller had himself a day and another great week. Miller 5 passes for 122 yards and 1 touchdown in Chicago’s blow out win last week. Taylor Gabriel for Chicago was irrelevant as it was all Miller. With the Bears playing a strong Minnesota team it may be ill advised to add Miller but they are going to need to score points to win this game. Miller is a great option, in the last three weeks he has 2 touchdowns, 13 catches and 206 yards,
Dante Moncrief: This has been the Jaguars only bright spot on the wide out side. Moncrief has been the only consistent catcher for the Jags and is coming off a week where he 80-yard touchdown catch. Moncrief plays the Steelers, going to be an offense heavy game so look for Moncrief to be a threat all game.
Allen Humphries: Going with this kid again, although he only had 7.3 points, the Buccaneers offense was shut down, but this week vs the Giants Humphries is a great option. He was targeted 3 times last week, catching two passes for 53 yards. This is a solid option if you need a sure 9-10 points this week.
